Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the purpose, would recommend it. I stayed here 7 nights and loved it. The rooms were outstanding and brand-new, had a hairdryer, a shower cap and bath sheets. Attentive hotel staff in all areas.

We loved staying in this hotel, it was absolutely gorgeous. Perfect location, beautifully designed rooms, comfy beds. The staff were knowledgeable, made our stay good. The prepaid breakfast was included and had lots of food.
Facilities were clean, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The venue was neat, offered ideal staff and rooms. I got free upgrade and really enjoyed it. Beds were perfect. Reception had snacks. There were stable internet and great parking available.

Staff was welcoming and the little extra touches like a personal safe, a mini-fridge-bar and an ironing set in the room was a treat. Loved that they had onsite restaurant Andaz Lounge, no need to go somewhere else.
